Pretty good I think, you need a DH bike to go fast though
I'd still prefer to go to Chicksands.

i think your pics are pretty dam good. love the use of lighting to highlight parts of the trail which arent necessarily the first thing you wuld look at. keep up the good work. (Y)
wel as your camera can shoot RAW it should come with a CD with some sort of conversion/editing software. i usually use Photoshop Elements 7 to play with my RAW files, it gives better results, but the software it came with is quicker and easier, but end results isnt as good.
key things with DSLR are, aperature, and shutter speed. making the aperature really small e.g. F11-16 will make everything on focus, but youll need a long shutter speed and it will blur, if you make the aperature big e.g. F2.8 less will be in focus, but you can use really fast shutter speeds and freeze super quick action, the key is getting the balance depending on your lighting, and how fast your subject it.
